Selection Process

1. Application (Web entry)

Select the position you wish to apply for from the Open Positions screen. Note that we can only accept online applications. Send using an email to recruitment@fts.co.id (Subject : Position - Name) (Applications through fax or mail cannot be accepted.)

2. Document screening

Based on your application documents, we will conduct screening in the department you applied to.* In principle, it takes about two to three weeks for us to notify you of the result of the screening. However, note that it may take more time for us to conduct screening if there are many applicants.

3. Primary interview

The interview will be held at your convenience as much as possible. (available even after your work hours)* It usually takes about one week to notify you of the result of the interview. (However, more or less days will be needed depending on the department.)

4. Aptitude test

Take an aptitude test on location.

5. Secondary interview

The interview will be held at your convenience as much as possible. (available even after your work hours)* Some departments will not conduct this interview. It usually takes about one week to notify you of the result of the interview. (However, more or less days will be needed depending on the department.)
